1. The question

In the market, we frequently encounter the same challenge: heavy steel hatches on inspection pits, pump pits and technical rooms are difficult to open and prone to corrosion. There is a growing demand for a safe, lightweight and low-maintenance solution.

2. Our approach

We have already produced many custom plastic hatches for a wide variety of applications. Drawing on that experience, we have developed a prototype to bring this solution to a broader market: strong, lightweight, practical and suitable for custom manufacturing.

3. The solution

The result is a GRP plastic hatch that is easy to open and suitable for inspection pits, pump pits and technical rooms. The hatch is available in custom sizes and can be fitted with hinges, handles and closures. A durable and user-friendly solution for everyday use.
