Plastic ladders and caged ladders
FlexxCon supplies custom-made glass fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) ladders and caged ladders. The design and execution of all our ladders comply with the requirements of NEN-EN-ISO 14122. GRP ladders provide a safe and durable solution and, thanks to their corrosion resistance and low-maintenance properties, are particularly suitable for demanding environments.
Our plastic ladders and caged ladders are widely used in corrosion-prone conditions involving large amounts of water or (aggressive) chemicals, such as water treatment facilities, storage tanks, civil engineering, the petrochemical industry, shipping, offshore and oil & gas installations.
Types and configurations
Standard GRP ladders can be mounted using spacers on, among others, walls, partitions and storage tanks. The square rungs are equipped with an anti-slip profile for additional safety. If required, the plastic ladder can be fitted with a plastic safety cage.
FlexxCon GRP ladders and caged ladders are supplied as standard in safety yellow and are fully custom-made for a wide range of applications.
Complete delivery
If desired, our plastic ladders and caged ladders can be supplied as a complete solution, including:
- Design
- Transport
- Assembly and installation
Sustainable and cost-efficient alternative
Plastic ladders and caged ladders are an excellent alternative to steel ladders. They are lightweight, corrosion-resistant and low-maintenance, and are often more cost-efficient over their entire service life.
