Moulding

In a moulding manufacturing process layers of applied fibreglass are overcast with a polyester or vinylester resin (65%). Furthermore, this FRP grating has excellent corrosion resistance. The performance of a moulded product is excellent and reliable, even in the most demanding and corrosive of conditions. The unique properties ensure it has excellent corrosion resistance in a wide pH range of both acid and corrosive substances. This method results in grating with an optimal strength in two directions.
